Well, today I did some more drawings. I did the Requeim for the Sun cover art for the SOA books by Elizabeth Haydon. The scene in this one I did from a suggestion from one of the Cauldron/Deviant member's eternal light/Alois-Noette. Not my favorite, but I tried to make Micheal as creepy-looking as possible. I also added in Faron, who is being gripped on the head by Micheal's skeleton hand, (I have to admit, I made Faron look pretty adorable and not as freakish as he's suppose to XD).
Rhapsody is running towards the edge of the cliff instead of jumping off (I have a slight handicap that I'm working on with limbs of people, ect...) but it looks descent enough. In the far right, bottom-hand corner is a framing of Ashe (who looks very odd) and Achmed (looking awesome) who are expressing what they are feeling about the scene of this piece. Ashe is freaking out and about ready to go rampaging while Achmed is cooly holding his cwellen in the air. This piece isn't that bad, but could be improved.
I also did a picture of a winged, brown unicorn with a black mane/tail, standing in a field of highgrass with a blue, white clouded sky overhead. You will see a BIG improvement of my drawing skills here.
I will try to work on Prophecy/Elegy for a Lost Star cover arts tommorrow. I also want to try doing some Dragonlance fan art as well, and finish that Faded Sun piece of Niun.
Lastly: I want to do a scene of Achmed and Ashe climbing up the steps to the Royal Burial Room in Requiem for the Sun, where Achmed is complaining about all the stairs that they are climbing and threatening to turn back with Ashe following behind him. This might be the hardest scene yet, but that part is just amusing to me.
